BIOGRAPHY: Steve Spravzoff's experience with turning smaller rural pharmacy operations into greater regional centers runs deep. After completing his Master's Degree in Administration, Steve took the helm at Flagstaff Medical Center, and has helped it grow from a 98-bed community hospital to a 230-bed regional referral center.

He is an expert on innovative ways to recruit and retain pharmacists, particularly in rural areas.

Steve is an excellent resource for creative methods to engage team members and build future leadership, and will welcome questions and comments on management, leadership, staff development, and recruitment and retention.
