BIOGRAPHY: With a career that spans over 30 years, Sheila has seen it all in pharmacy. She has served in community and hospital pharmacy, and when her commitment to family moved her to temporary work, she boldly started her temporary placement firm "Rph on the Go".

Sheila is a passionate speaker, advocate, and writer on the pharmacist's role in improving the quality of patient care, and she is well known for her innovative and caring approaches for rewarding, inspiring, and assimilating staff within her company.
