Pam Ploetz
President, Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin
Pam's experience in developing and advising Pharmacy Practice Residencies is almost unmatched in the profession. She is a superb contact for developing younger pharmacists, and bridging communication gaps among peers and departments

BIOGRAPHY: Pam Ploetz has been a pharmacist in Wisconsin for more years than she likes to reveal on most days.
Suffice it to say that she started out at a community hospital and then moved to the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and the UW School of Pharmacy where she served as an administrator focusing on the clinical pharmacy practice issues facing health systems. This included an active role in the experiential program at the School of Pharmacy, Program Director for the Pharmacy Practice Residency, advisor in the administrative residency program, recruitment, hiring and retention of clinical staff, etc.
Professionally she has been active both at the local and national level, ASHP, the Pharmacy Examining Board, WSHP and currently is serving as president of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (the new organization including all Wisconsin Pharmacists).
